The local tax of € 2,10 per person and day is payable upon departure and only in cash. Children and adolescents unter 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

The bill can be settled in cash, by cheque and ec-card.

Please indicate the exact number of guests. Bookings by telephone and voice are not binding. We kindly ask you therefore to confirm your booking by written notification!

Check in from 3 pm, check out until 10 am. On Tuesdays, arrival or departure is NOT possible.

Surcharge of 10% for stays of less then 7 days.

In case of late arrivals and early departures the apartment is charged for the whole period booked.

There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Consumer Protection Code, however we grant you the following cancellation conditions. "Notice under Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)". We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We have adjusted our cancellation conditions especially for the year 2021:

• No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to the 30th day before departure.


• For cancellations from the 29th day until 15 days before arrival we charge 60% of the total amount.


• For cancellations from the 14th day until 8 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount.


• Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival or no-show or later arrival/earlier departure will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Pets are only allowed on request, from Euro 8.00 per day without food. Please understand that your pet does not have access to the breakfast room as well as the pool areas and the sunbathing lawn.

1 underground parking space per apatment is available free of charge. The accommodation of additional vehicles is only possible after prior registration and at a price of € 15.00 per day.

Reservations are possible from 01.01. of the current year for the following year. Advance reservations for 2 years in advance are not possible - not binding for us. Please understand that we can only accept advance reservations with a minimum stay of 7-14 days, depending on the booking period. The reservation of certain flat numbers or floors is not possible.
