Holiday...as I like it

Organize your holiday as you like. Self-catering, bread delivery service in the morning or buffet breakfast. Everything is possible and nothing is a must at our Residence.

Important information

Breakfast: adults € 14,00 per person and day; children up to 10 years € 7,00 per person and day. If you book the breakfast for your entire stay you get the reduced price of € 12,00 per person and day; children up to 10 years € 7,00.

Local tax: The local tax of € 1,70 per person and day is payable upon departure and only in cash. Children and adolescents unter 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

Final cleaning: Apartment type B1 € 35,00, type B2 € 25,00, type A € 45,00, type C1 € 55,00, type C2 € 55,00, type D1 € 60,00, type D2 and D3 € 60,00

Room illustrations: the plans of the rooms are only indicative and not binding.

Short stay: surcharge of 10% for stays of less then 7 days.

Arrival / departure variation: in case of late arrivals and early departures the apartment is charged for the whole period booked.

Cancellation: if you cancel your vacation we will charge 80 % of your apartment for the booked period - NO SHOW: 100%. We highly recommend guests to draw up a cancellation policy.

Payment: the bill can be settled in cash, by cheque and ec-card.

Booking: please indicate the exact number of guests. Bookings by telephone and voice are not binding. We kindly ask you therefore to confirm your booking by written notification!

Arrival / departure: your apartment is ready starting from 3 p.m. We please you to leave your apartment at 10 a.m. on departure day. Arrivals and departures on Tuesday are NOT possible.

Pets: are admitted on request.

Rates might be subject to change due to tax raise.
