The apartments for 2 to 6 people feature shower, wc, balcony, kitchenette, fridge, crockery, coffee makes, bedclothes, towels,
tv colour (German and Italian channels), radio, direct dial phone,
safe and cosy furniture.

Rates & Information 2012

The rates provided are per 2 people and day.
Apartment type A, B and C: each additional person € 16,00 per day, children under 6 € 7,00 per day; apartment type D: each additional person € 20,00 per day, children under 10 years € 9,00 per day.


Final cleaning:
Apartment Type B1 € 25,00, Type B2 € 21,00, Type A and C € 36,00, Type D € 46,00
Breakfast: adults € 10,00 per person and day; children up to 10 years € 6,00 per person and day.
Solarium: € 4,00
Sauna: € 8,00 (max 4 people)
Room illustrations: the plans of the rooms are only indicative and not binding.
Short stay: surcharge of 10% for stays of less then 7 days
Arrival / departure variation: in case of late arrivals and early departures the apartment is charged for the whole period booked
Cancellation: if you cancel your vacation we will charge 80 % of your apartment for the booked period - NO SHOW: 100%. We highly recommend guests to draw up a cancellation policy.
Payment: the bill can be settled in cash or by cheque. Credit cards are NOT accepted.
Booking: please indicate the exact number of guests. Bookings by telephone and voice are not binding. We kindly ask you therefore to confirm your booking by written notification!
Arrival / departure: arrivals and departures on Sunday are possible only on request. Your apartment is ready starting from 3 p.m.
Pets: are admitted on request.

Garage: each apartment has its privat parking in the garage for free.
